Warranty Information

Purchases from superkeyword.net are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All computer parts come with one year limited manufacturer parts warranty
• All duplicator systems carry a one year warranty for parts and labors
• All printers carry the manufacturer's warranty only.
• Invoice number is required for RMA requests
• The merchandise's serial number must match the serial number on the invoice and the warranty label of superkeyword.net must be clear on the product to be covered by our warranty.
• No refund for opened CD Duplicators, CD Printers, CD-R/RW and DVD-R/RW.
• All warranty/refund periods start at the day the customer receive the package
• Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not included in the prices.
• All return merchandise must have an RMA number.
• All return merchandise without the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box will be returned by us unprocessed.
• RMA number is valid for 14 days only.
• All return merchandise received with RMA number issued 14 days or more before will be considered the same as returned merchandise without RMA number, and will either be processed with delay of up to 30 days or return unprocessed at our sole discretion.
• 30% restocking charge on current market price for merchandise in resellable condition returned in 14 days.(CPUs, Hard Drives not included)
• No return after 14 days.
• Shipping, handling, insurance and labor charges are not refundable.
• All defective merchandise under warranty will be repaired or replaced under the sole discretion of superkeyword.net.
• All defective merchandise under warranty that is unavailable or discontinued will be replaced with merchandise that is deemed equivalent by superkeyword.net.
• The customer is responsible for all expenses to send back defective merchandise to our company.
• All repaired/replaced merchandise will be sent back to the customer by UPS Ground service at no charge to the customer.
• Warranty on the repaired/replaced merchandise will be 30 days after receipt or the warranty on the original purchase, whichever is longer.
• Physical damage will void all warranty.
• Removal of warranty labels and/or serial number will void all warranty.
• All claims for damage, missing items or shipment errors must be made within 3 days after receipt of shipment.
• superkeyword.net is not responsible for typographical errors in this web site or any of our advertisements.
• Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.
• California Residents will add 8.25% sales tax for purchasing.
